I have now received a message from Free Lotto "Customer Care" claiming that their records indicate I have "not yet won a prize." This is getting more and more absurd. i won a prize and got an acknowledgment from them earlier this month, and have won several dozen other prizes over the years.
-- six others of which have not yet been paid. And I am still "ineligible to play" (as I have been since this morning) because I dared to inquire if my checks were going to my current address!

I have been a FreeLotto player for years, and have won probably over $30 all told in $1 prizes, which were always sent to me in the form of a postcard-size check. Recently, I accumulated another $7 in wins, some of which were considerably overdue, and I began to wonder whether they had been mailed to my old address, even though I had supplied them with the new one on every occasion (especially since a FreeLotto subscription offer was emailed to me with my old address).
But when I politely inquired about this in a couple of messages to them, i suddenly found I was no longer eligible to play. (I still don't know about the seven bucks they owe me, which they had agreed in emails to send within 60-90 days).
